This Privacy Policy explains how Vertocard Exchange ("Vertocard", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our Services.

• Transaction information, including submitted card details, images, order data, settlement records, wallet records, and status history.

• Communications, including support messages, feedback, uploaded files, and customer service records.
• Identity-verification and compliance information, including region, ID type, masked ID number, verification requests and responses, AML screening status, possible-match or manual-review results, and other records relating to BVN, NIN, Ghana Card No Photo, sanctions screening, or withdrawal compliance checks.

• process transactions, rewards, rankings, settlements, and withdrawals;
• verify identity, run AML or sanctions-related screening, prevent fraud, and improve account security;

• in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or asset transfer.
We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.
4. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the platform, and maintain accounting or audit records. Verification records, AML screening records, and related compliance records may be retained for at least 5 years after the relevant activity, or longer where required by law, regulation, audit, dispute handling, or risk investigation.

We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards to protect your data. However, no platform, network, or storage method is completely secure.
6. Your Choices and Rights
